Brianna Coogan
Title I Facilitator | Literacy Interventionist
This is going to be my 2nd year at Riverside Elementary and I am so blessed to be in this family. As a Title Facilitator, I will be closely working with students on their literacy and math skills, as well as family engagement. When I am not here, I enjoy time with my daughter, my husband, and my good boy, Tucker, at the river and at the movies.
Julie Deffenbaugh
Academic Interventionist
I am excited to begin my 25th year in education! I live with my husband and our goofy rescue mutt in Spring Hill. I love family time, dogs, reading, and seeing the world through the wonder and excitement in a child’s eyes. I am a lifelong learner and I hope to inspire that in every child I have the privilege to influence!

My name is Amanda Inman and this will be my 12th year in education and MCPS. I have taught grades 2nd through 5th and this will be my second year in an interventionist role. I am from Columbia and graduated from SHHS. I attained my bachelor's in interdisciplinary studies K-6 from MTSU and my master's in educational leadership from Carson-Newman University. I have been married for 13 years and we have two sons, two cats, a dog, and two frogs! I love spending time outdoors with my family, reading, cooking, and all things Harry Potter. Teaching math has been my passion since my first year in the classroom. I am so excited to continue serving the students of our county at Riverside Elementary!
